This is a book that informs about the mangroves in Southern Africa.
General information about mangroves and mangrove forests as well as detailed information abouth the single mangrove species that exist in Southern Africa are found in this book. This book includes good sketches, amazing color pictures and tables.
You can also find some information abouth the plants that grow near the mangroves, the so called Mangrove Associates. More attention is shown to the animals of the mangroves of Southern Africa, about a fifth of the book given to the animals of the mangroves.
All in all this is a mangrove book that I really can recommend.
